We recently purchased thousands of rolls of original retro/vintage auto upholstery dating from the 50s to the 80s. There is a huge variety of different kinds of fabric in the lot. Many of them (though not all) are appropriate for general upholstery.
This piece would work for general upholstery though it doesn't have a lot of give.
This fabric is a plus upholstery, almost like a velvet. It was made for a 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass and is light blue stripe. Please note that since this is a cut pile, the stripe appears darker than the background when it is tipped one way and lighter when it is tipped the other way.
The roll measures 58 inches wide. This listing is for one linear yard.
