We recently purchased thousands of rolls of original retro/vintage auto upholstery dating from the 50s to the 80s. There is a huge variety of different kinds of fabric in the lot. Many of them (though not all) are appropriate for general upholstery.
This piece would work for general upholstery though it doesn't have a lot of give.
I don't know what car that this was originally made for though I would guess that it was the 1980s. It is a dark grey with colored topstitching that forms narrow ridges. This fabric would look nice on some mid century wood chairs.
The fabric is 60 inches wide. The listing is for one linear yard. As of the initial listing we have multiple yards available.
